We recently conducted a massive empowerment drive in Kisumu, targeting over 500 women with entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy training. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to uplift marginalized communities across the Lake Victoria Region.
During the week-long program, participants engaged in hands-on workshops, covering topics such as business planning, savings groups, and accessing micro-loans. The energy and determination shown by these women was truly inspiring.
Many of the participants have already started forming cooperative groups to pool their resources. We believe that by empowering a woman, you empower an entire community. We will continue to monitor their progress and provide mentorship in the coming months.
